Hudita Mustafa

Hudita Nura Mustafa took her degrees from Yale and Harvard Universities in political economy and anthropology. Her research interests concern urban informal economies, cultural production and popular creativities in the context of postcolonial and global processes. She has conducted both local and multi-sited ethnographic research in West Africa, Europe and Asia. Her publications and lectures range from African global cities, Senegalese informal economy and fashion, French colonial urbanism, to visual culture.
